Statement of the National Independence Party of Azerbaijan

Shortly after the humanitarian ceasefire was announced the Armenian armed forces launched the artillery fire in the Aghdam and Tartar regions of Azerbaijan, attempted to attack from the directions of Hadrut and Jabrail regions’ fronts, a sanitary car gathering Armenian soldiers’ corpses in the territory of Sugovushan, on which there was a white flag, was fired by Armenian armed forces as well; at midnight Ganja, the biggest second city of Azerbaijan and the city located quite far from the frontline, was targeted with long-range missiles, as a result of it many civilians including children and women were subjected to a terrorist attack. All of these consequently proved once more that Armenia is indeed a terrorist state and will never comply with any agreement.

The National Independence Party of Azerbaijan declares that Armenia and all the states which directly patronize it, as well as the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, despite that they assumed to solve the problem long years ago but they’re actually interested in preserving the current status-quo, are accountable for the happened events. We believe the Moscow agreement, known as the last chance for Armenia in the context of the steps taken by the Armenian side, should be considered insignificant and invalid.

As our usual position we once more declare the liberation of our lands is possible only by a military-political way and note that the enemy must be replied with the language he understands, targeting a civilian must be revenged andsilence of the enemy positions must be provided.
